Today we have very easy to make 3 ingredient pancakes. This is one of my favourite breakfast. These three ingredients probably every vegan have always in the kitchen. You can make them any time only in few minutes, the only thing to do is to put everything in to a blender or food processor blend it till you have smooth consistance and fry on a non sticky pan or even on a ordinary pan using some coconut oil.
• 3/4 cup of oats (or oat flour)
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup of coconut milk or any other non diary milk or even water
• oil to coat pan (optional)
* optional: raspberry, honey, cinnamon
From this amount you will make 4 large pancakes and it’s portion which I would say easily fill up two people.
Raspberries are one of most fascinating fruits, we can easily call them superfoods. They very low in calories 1 cup about 120 grams are only 64 calories, they also have low GI index. Raspberries are full of: vitamin C, manganese,fiber, copper, vitamin K, pantothenic acid, biotin,vitamin E, magnesium, omega 3 fats, folate, potassium so as you can see it’s quite a lot of goodies in these small fruits. They full of anti- oxidants, help to stabilise blood sugar and help to improve management of obesity. New research show that they able to decrease risk of obesity as well as risk of fatty liver.
