Vegan Green And Berry Smoothie

Smoothies are most nutritious food you can eat. Every vegan should make a habit to consume a variety of smoothies, we can put into them as much fruits and vegetables as it’s possible and the bonus is we can easily eat huge amount of veggies which we need on a daily basis that way.
Let me present you delicious green and berry smoothie recipe which you can easily make any time.

Ingredients :

Green smoothie
• roman salad (as much as you like),
• cup of spinach,
• two pears,
• one apple,
• two celery sticks,
• one banana,
• about 60 ml (2 ounces) of almond milk,

Berry smoothie
• cup of berries,
• one banana,
• 60 ml of almond milk.

Directions:
1. Put all ingredients from green smoothie into a blender or food processor and blend until you have smooth consistance, then pour it to your favourite glass.
2. Rinse blender add berries, milk and banana, blend till it’s smooth.
3. Pour second smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
