Vegan Toasted Avocado Sandwich With Homemade Hummus. Two Easy Hummus Recipes.

Let me give you today two recipes for quck and easy to make homemade hummuses. Let’s just face it… there is no better feeling for vegan person than opening fresh box of hummus. I think it’s even more exciting and tasty if you make it by yourself.

INGREDIENTS: Hummus no 1


• Chickpea (canned or soaked and cooked)

• Two tsp. of olive oil

• Lemon juice

• 1 clove of garlic

• Salt, pepper, dash of celery powder (optional), dash of chili powder.

INGREDIENTS: Hummus no 2

• Chickpea (canned or soaked and cooked)

• Two tsp. of olive oil

• 1 clove of garlic

• Salt, pepper, dash of chili powder.

• half jar of sun dried tomatoes

• fresh basil and thyme

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Add all ingredients into a food processor. Pur tiny little bit of water to make sure it will be possible to processor to work smoothly, after that blend until you get smooth consistency.

I am going to use my hummus to make my perfect for every occasion avocado sandwiches.


Avocados are one of most nutritious fruits in the entire world. They contain lots of fibre which is necessary for our digestion system to work properly. Avocados are rich in vitamins and minerals such as B vitamins, vit K, potassium, copper, vitamin E and C they also very rich in omega 3 and 6 acids. Omega 3 & 6 acids are essential for our entire body health. Mainly they support eye, brain and immune system but they also great for fighting heart diseases.

INGREDIENTS: Avocado Sandwich.

• one ripe avocado

• fresh tomatoes

• spinach

bread (whichever you prefer)

• homemade hummus

• vegan spread

I always toast my bread before, but it’s totally optional:)
